With a few coats of spray paint, we made this planter into a bright and colorful piece that’ll look great on your patio. Here’s how to make it in three steps.
- PREPARE: Always work in a well-ventilated area and cover your surroundings with a drop cloth to protect them from overspray. Wipe the planter down with a tack cloth to remove any dirt or dust.
- PAINT: Shake your can of Ultra Cover 2x Satin spray paint in Satin Lagoon for one minute after the mixing ball starts to rattle. Hold the can 10-16” away from the planter and spray 2-3 coats in a back-and-forth motion, allowing a few minutes in between each coat.
- FINISH: Once the planter is completely coated, set it aside to dry for 24 hours. Once it’s dry, add a plant, display, and enjoy!
